Meet Dr. Shahzad Hashmi

Education Background: Dr. Shahzad Hashmi earned his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, where he specialized in internal medicine and surgery. He then moved to the United States and completed his residency at Howard University Medical School. While there, he served as the Chief Resident and received his medical degree in Psychiatry. Dr. Hashmi received two years of additional training at Emory School of Medicine, where he received a prestigious fellowship in geriatric medicine.
Work History: Dr. Hashmi is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, who has been treating clients of all ages since the early 2000s. He is the Chief Medical Officer and founder of Salveo Integrative Health, Inc. and the Salveo Foundation, Inc. Dr. Hashmi accepted the role of Chief Medical Officer at MARR in April 2022.
